Sincerity Speaks

Truly facing someone with sincerity is harder than most people think. If you speak harshly, they might push back. If you stay silent and simply watch, your feelings may never reach them. Even so, you confront them head-on—because deep down, you wish for their growth.

Mr. Y, who has always faced his team directly on the job site, is one such person. At times, he scolds them sternly; at other times, he teaches quietly through his actions.
